At activ Marketing Group, we’re excited to announce our collaboration with The Huggard Centre as our chosen Charity of the Year for 2024. This partnership reflects our deep-rooted commitment to supporting our local community, especially during these challenging times.
The Huggard Centre, a beacon of hope for Cardiff’s homeless population, provides invaluable services and accommodations to those in need.
Founded in 1988, The Huggard Centre stands as a pillar of support for individuals facing homelessness in Wales. With two onsite hostels and a Critical Intervention Centre near the city center, The Huggard Centre offers vital emergency accommodation and specialised services to those experiencing homelessness.
Our Managing Director, Katie Bullon, shares her enthusiasm for this partnership, recognizing the remarkable work done by The Huggard Centre. “We are thrilled to announce our partnership with Huggard as our Charity of the Year for 2024,” she stated. “The work that Huggard does is truly inspiring, and we are honoured to contribute to their mission.”
As part of our collaboration, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive support to The Huggard Centre. This includes developing a new website, ongoing hosting services, and branding support. These initiatives aim to bolster The Huggard Centre’s online presence and operational efficiency, ultimately extending its reach and impact within the Cardiff community.
Hefina Rendle from The Huggard Centre expressed gratitude for our support, emphasizing the importance of community partnerships in sustaining their crucial work. “We are very grateful to the activ Marketing Group for its generous support and look forward to working with them over the coming year,” she remarked.
In a world where homelessness affects many, we at activ Marketing Group believe in the power of collective action. We invite other businesses and individuals to join us in supporting The Huggard Centre and its essential services. Together, we can make a tangible difference in the lives of those experiencing homelessness, fostering a more compassionate and inclusive society.
