Our liaison person from Activ was Mark Rouvray. He was friendly on the phone when we first called and we arranged to meet in a local pub to discuss the design and implimentation of our new site.
We then met with Mark and found him to be very helpful, professional and friendly. He guided us through the various options and helped us with advice where necessary.
Together we came up with a brief/design for him to follow.
He then went off and produced a prototype which we could all view via the internet. We had several telephone conversations and e-mail exchanges in order to get the site just the way we wanted it. Each time, Mark was quick and responsive.
We then launched the site and he helped us to access our new e-mail addresses and the control panel for our new. He has since helped us to maintain the site, adding new photos etc. We would whole-heartedly recommend this service. It was professional, friendly and resonably priced. What more could you want!?”
