Since buying out activ in 2021, Katie has brought the national agency’s head office home to Cardiff and shaped a team that delivers big thinking with a personal touch. She works closely with clients and Branch Directors alike, helping them unlock potential through smart training, systems and joined-up marketing.

And when she’s not steering the ship? Katie’s all about living life to the fullest. She is a massive Country Music fan and celebrated her 40th in Nashville, and ticked a big one off the bucket list by meeting her hero, Steven Bartlett, last year.
